Aspectos fenomenológicos en la teoría del conocimiento de Thomas Hobbes como génesis del estado civil

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente texto desea dar cuenta, a partir de aquellos aspectos fenomenológicos de la teoría del conocimiento de Thomas Hobbes, el fundamento y justificación de la génesis del Estado civil. Sin lugar a dudas, serán la percepción o la intuición, lo sensible, la imaginación o la memoria, el lenguaje, el movimiento, el cómputo, el deseo, el miedo, entre otros, lo que lleva al sujeto a comprender su propia naturaleza y a partir de ella, a pactar con otros sujetos cediendo sus derechos naturales a un tercero para dar fin al estado de naturaleza y poder conservar su vida y vivir en paz.

ABSTRACT: This text intends to account for the rationale and justification of the origin of the civil State from the phenomenological aspects of Thomas Hobbes’ theory. Undoubtedly, perception or intuition, sensitivity, imagination or memory, language, movement, calculation, desire, wish, fear, among others, are what lead the subject to understand his own nature; and from it, to come to agreements with other subjects giving in his natural rights to a third party, and therefore, to give an end to the natural state to be able to preserve his life and to live in peace.
