Automatización para mejora del proceso de construcción maestra de clientes aptos para auditorías en control de la estrategia “Ejecución Impecable” en Comercial Nutresa S.A.S

Abstract

RESUMEN : Las compañías en la actualidad buscan un mejor aprovechamiento de los recursos con los que cuentan, el más importante es el talento humano, en Comercial Nutresa (una de las empresas más importantes de Colombia) existe un enfoque cultural que motiva a la innovación y mejoras del flujo de trabajo, en este informe de práctica profesional, se presenta una intervención al desarrollo de una estrategia llamada “Ejecución Impecable”, en la que existe un proceso de construcción de una base de datos, utilizada para la visita y auditoría a clientes elegibles, en dicha construcción se identifica la posibilidad de disminución de tiempo y errores debido a tareas manuales, y asegurar la información correcta en la estructura adecuada, todo a través de una automatización, para cuál se investiga cada paso y condición necesaria, se establece el mejor procedimiento teniendo en cuenta el usuario. La elaboración de dicha automatización requiere del uso de los lenguajes Visual Basic for Applications y Python, su relacionamiento y las aplicaciones con las que deben interactuar, se establecen cuáles y cómo serán los datos de entrada, y el despliegue correcto de la solución. Se logra una reducción del tiempo consumido del 97.5% en la elaboración de la maestra, trabajo que concluye demostrando la utilidad de este tipo de intervenciones.

ABSTRACT : Companies today seek a better use of the resources they have, the most important being human talent. In Comercial Nutresa (one of the most important companies in Colombia), there is a cultural focus that motivates innovation and improvements in workflow. For this professional practice report, a strategy called "Ejecución Impecable" was intervened, in which there is a process of building a database, used for visiting and eligible customers. In this construction, it’s found the possibility of reducing working time due to manual tasks, avoiding manual problems and ensuring the correct information in the appropriate structure, all through automation. For this, each step and necessary condition is investigated and the best procedure is established, taking into account the user. The elaboration of this automation requires the use of Visual Basic for Applications and Python languages, their relationship and the applications with which they must interact. It is established which and how the input data will be and the correct deployment of the solution. A reduction of 97.5% in the time consumed in the elaboration of the master is achieved, work that concludes demonstrating the usefulness of this type of intervention.
