Las grietas del desarrollo. Un acercamiento a los impactos del proyecto de infraestructura vial y de transporte Túnel Guillermo Gaviria Echeverri en el municipio de Cañasgordas

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este trabajo de grado desde una perspectiva etnográfica se acerca y describe las experiencias que los habitantes del municipio de Cañasgordas han tenido con la presencia del megaproyecto de infraestructura vial Túnel Guillermo Gaviria Echeverri. También, indaga por las transformaciones y afectaciones que se vienen generando en el territorio debido a la construcción del megaproyecto de infraestructura vial y se acerca a las diferentes comprensiones que tienen los habitantes frente al concepto de desarrollo. La metodología utilizada se basa en el método etnográfico, que combina observación participante, recorridos territoriales, entrevistas y cartografía social. Finalmente, estas experiencias nos permiten pensarnos el concepto de grieta como una metáfora pero también como una categoría analítica que nos va acercando a través del caminar y de la interacción a otros lugares de enunciación, experiencia y pensamiento que van en contraposición a los discursos hegemónicos trabajados y replicados desde la institucionalidad.

ABSTRACT: This bachelor thesis approaches and describes, from an ethnographic perspective, the experiences that the inhabitants of the Cañasgordas municipality have had due to the presence of the road infrastructure mega-project “Túnel Guillermo Gaviria Echeverrí”. It explores the transformations and affectations that the construction of the megaproject has generated on the territory. And also, the thesis approaches the different comprehensions that the inhabitants have about the concept “development”. The methodology used is based upon the ethnographic method. A combination of participant observation, traveling across the territory, interviews, and social cartography. Concluding the present thesis, the concept of “crack” is presented not only as a metaphor, but also as an analytic category. In which throughout the interaction with the people of Cañasgordas, their territory, experiences, and thoughts; a contrast is shown between the perception of the impacts of the mega-project from the inhabitants and the hegemonic speeches promoted by the governmental institutions.
