Sistema de alerta temprana para el control de tiempo y presupuesto en el proyecto constructivo de mejoramiento de las condiciones viales del municipio de Nariño Antioquia

Abstract

RESUMEN : Consicor SAS es una empresa constructora con énfasis en proyectos viales, la cual opera en el departamento de Antioquia. Dada la cantidad de proyectos con que trabaja y la dispersión en varios lugares del departamento, se dificulta llevar un control eficiente y actualizado del estado de los proyectos constructivos. Por lo cual, se buscó crear un sistema de alerta temprana (SAT) que permita llevar el control en tiempo real del estado financiero y avance en obra. Este informe presenta un método para llevar el control de tiempo y costo del proyecto constructivo de mejoramiento de las condiciones viales en el municipio de Nariño Antioquia, el cual se basa en la teoría de la gestión de proyectos y se aplica exclusivamente durante la etapa de ejecución de la obra. Sin embargo, es necesario tener información previa como el presupuesto y cronograma de actividades e información actualizada constantemente acerca de las cantidades de actividades ejecutadas en obra y la inversión realizada para dicha ejecución. Como resultado se creó un cronograma de control que permite identificar de inmediato cuando una o ambas variables inciden de manera negativa en la calidad del proyecto, así como ubicar la actividad y/o componente específico donde se generó el problema y cuantificar su magnitud para generar los cambios necesarios que brinden una solución. En conclusión, el SAT en la manera en que fue planteado es apropiado para el control de las variables de tiempo y costo del presente proyecto constructivo.

ABSTRACT : Consicor SAS is a construction company with emphasis on road projects, which operates in the department of Antioquia. Given the number of projects it works with and that these are scattered in various parts of the department, it is very difficult to keep an efficient and updated control of the status of construction projects, so we sought to create an early warning system (EWS) that allows real-time control of the financial status and progress on site. This report presents a method to control the time and cost of the construction project to improve road conditions in the municipality of Nariño Antioquia, which is based on the theory of project management and is applied exclusively during the execution stage of the work, however, it is necessary to have previous information such as the budget and schedule of activities and constantly updated information about the amounts of activities executed in work and the investment made for such execution. As a result, a control schedule was created that makes it possible to immediately identify when one or both variables have a negative impact on the quality of the project, as well as to locate the specific activity and/or component where the problem was generated and quantify its magnitude in order to generate the necessary changes to provide a solution. In conclusion, the TSS as it was proposed is appropriate for the control of the time and cost variables of this construction project.
