Automatización de la actualización del informe de estado de las acciones de mejora, indicadores, documentación y matrices de riesgo a través de Power BI para la FLA-EICE

Abstract

RESUMEN : El proyecto consistió en el desarrollo de la automatización de la creación y presentación del informe de estado de las acciones de mejora, indicadores, documentación y matrices de riesgo para la FLA-EICE, implementando Business Intelligence y la metodología CRISP-DM. El informe se generó a partir de datos provenientes de ISOLUCIÓN, el software que administra el Sistema Integrado de Gestión (SIG), los cuales fueron depurados y transformados, a través de Power Query, para garantizar la calidad de la información presentada. Adicionalmente, los datos fueron modelados, haciendo uso de lenguaje DAX para la creación de medidas y consultas, seguidamente se crearon las visualizaciones en Power BI, para facilitar la comprensión de la información. Una de las fases del modelo comprendió las pruebas de funcionalidad y ajustes. Finalmente, se automatizó la actualización del informe para garantizar la disponibilidad de información. En conclusión, el proyecto permitió el desarrollo de una solución tecnológica que automatiza la generación de los informes contribuyendo a mejorar la eficiencia y eficacia de los procesos de seguimiento, análisis y toma de decisiones para el mejoramiento del SIG.

ABSTRACT : The project consisted of the development of the automation of the creation and presentation of the status report of improvement actions, indicators, documentation, and risk matrices for FLA-EICE, implementing Business Intelligence and the CRISP-DM methodology. The report was generated from data from ISOLUCIÓN, the software that manages the Integrated Management System (SIG), which were cleaned and transformed through Power Query to ensure the quality of the information presented. Additionally, the data were modeled using DAX language for the creation of measures and queries, then visualizations were created in Power BI to facilitate the understanding of the information. One of the phases of the model included functionality tests and adjustments. Finally, the update of the report was automated to ensure the availability of information. In conclusion, the project allowed the development of a technological solution that automates the generation of reports contributing to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes of monitoring, analysis, and decision-making for the improvement of the SIG.
