Significados y experiencias del presupuesto participativo en educación superior en la Comuna 2 – Santa Cruz de Medellín en el periodo 2007 - 2021

Abstract

RESUMEN: El propósito de este trabajo de investigación es describir los significados y experiencias de los estudiantes del programa en educación superior de Presupuesto Participativo en la Comuna 2 de Medellín, para comprender cómo se ha ido desarrollando el programa teniendo en cuenta las voces de los estudiante y sus procesos, igualmente, para ampliar la información en la investigación, se incluyó la participación de líderes y académicos que han tenido relación con dicho programa de educación superior.

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this investigative work is to describe the meanings and experiences of the beneficiaries of the Participatory Budget program in higher education in the commune 2 of Medellín, to understand how the program has been developing taking into account the voices of the beneficiaries and their processes. Likewise, to expand the information in the research, the participation of leaders and academics who have had a relationship or are related to the higher education program was included.

In addition, in this research work a theoretical, conceptual and methodological description of the elements that were taken into account both to understand and to approach the social reality of interest and for the fulfillment of the proposed objectives is carried out.
