Síndrome de Burnout en el personal de la E.S.E San Julián de Argelia durante el mes de septiembre del año 2023

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este trabajo muestra el desarrollo y análisis de la medición de la prevalencia del Síndrome de Burnout en el personal de la E.S.E San Julián del Municipio de Argelia en septiembre de 2023, esta investigación tiene un enfoque empírico-analítico, mixto y trasversal, se realizó aplicando la herramienta Maslach Burnout Inventory- Human Services Survey, más una pregunta abierta a una muestra correspondiente a 49 de 50 empleados que cumplieron con el criterio de inclusión.

El análisis de los resultados se realiza en tres puntos; el primero de manera global que permite identificar que a nivel general la institución no presenta síndrome de burnout con puntuaciones de cansancio emocional: 15,63; despersonalización: 4,16 y baja realización personal: 41,92.

En un segundo análisis, se revisó las puntuaciones de cada cuestionario y se encontró que el 10,2% del personal tiene Síndrome de Burnout (5 individuos de la división asistencial); y un tercer análisis que obedece a la pregunta ¿Desde su perspectiva como puede la institución mejorar el clima organización? Que obtuvo un mayor señalamiento bienestar laboral.

Se puede concluir que, las instituciones de baja complejidad en Colombia no están exentas de que su personal desarrolle este síndrome, por eso es importante desarrollar estrategias que permitan el bienestar de los colaboradores.

ABSTRACT: This work shows the development and analysis of the measurement of the prevalence of the Burnout Syndrome in the personnel of the E.S.E San Julián of the Municipality of Argelia in September 2023, this investigation has an empirical-analytical, mixed and transversal approach, it was carried out applying the tool Maslach Burnout Inventory- Human Services Survey, plus an open question to a sample corresponding to 49 of 50 employees who fulfilled the inclusion criteria. The analysis of the results is carried out in three points; the first in a global way that allows us to identify that at a general level the institution does not present burnout syndrome with scores of emotional exhaustion: 15.63; depersonalisation: 4.16 and low personal fulfilment: 41.92. In a second analysis, the scores of each questionnaire were reviewed and it was found that 10.2% of the personnel have Burnout Syndrome (5 individuals from the care division); and a third analysis that responds to the question "From your perspective, how can the institution improve the organisational climate? obtained a higher score for well-being at work". It can be concluded that low complexity institutions in Colombia are not exempt from the development of this syndrome in their staff, so it is important to develop strategies that allow the well-being of the collaborators.
