Evaluación del crecimiento y desarrollo de Cannabis sativa L. en condiciones de producción a cielo abierto en el municipio de Sonsón Antioquia

Abstract

RESUMEN: La planta de Cannabis sativa L. se ha popularizado en diversos países del mundo, debido a su fuerte impacto en la industria médica y textil, las cuales brindan testimonio de los múltiples aprovechamientos positivos que se pueden obtener de esta especie, en contraposición a los estigmas que se le han atribuido debido a su efecto psicoactivo, proveniente del compuesto “Delta-9 Tetrahidrocannabinol”. Por esta razón, se plantea una investigación que propone cultivar las plantas de Cannabis en un ambiente periurbano y en potes con el objetivo de identificar el crecimiento y desarrollo de las plantas tanto con el sustrato cubierto como descubierto. Esto mediante un ensayo que consto de 8 plantas, en las cuales se tuvo 4 plantas sin cobertura y 4 con una cobertura de vinipel y papel aluminio. De este experimento se hizo un seguimiento en todo su ciclo (130 días) donde mediante un análisis ANOVA se pudo concluir que no hay diferencias significativas entre las pantas cubiertas y las descubiertas.

ABSTRACT: The Cannabis sativa L. plant has become popular in several countries of the world, due to its strong impact on the medical and textile industry, which testify to the multiple positive benefits that can be obtained from this species, as opposed to the stigmas that have been attributed to it due to its psychoactive effect, coming from the compound "Delta-9 Tetrahydrocannabinol". For this reason, a research is proposed to cultivate Cannabis plants in a periurban environment and in pots in order to identify the growth and development of the plants both with the substrate covered and uncovered. This was done by means of a trial consisting of 8 plants, in which 4 plants were grown without cover and 4 with a vinipel and aluminum foil cover. This experiment was followed throughout its cycle (130 days) where by means of an ANOVA analysis it was possible to conclude that there were no significant differences between the covered and uncovered plants.
