Acompañamiento al fortalecimiento organizativo de la asociación de mujeres ASOMUR del municipio San Carlos, Vereda La Luz

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este informe final es el resultado del proceso de intervención de prácticas profesionales del pregrado de Trabajo Social de la Universidad de Antioquia, realizadas en el Programa Psicosocial de San Carlos Antioquia que se realiza en alianza con la Cooperativa Coogranada, la Alcaldía Municipal y la Universidad de Antioquia, enfocado en el fortalecimiento organizativo de la Asociación de Mujeres rurales y gestoras de Paz del Corregimiento el Jordán la Vereda La Luz, así, se encontrará entonces el proceso de intervención que se desarrolló entre el período de febrero del 2022 y febrero de 2023, lo cual permitió el cumplimiento de funciones acordadas a nivel académico e institucional. En ese sentido, se abordó el contexto territorial, institucional y normativo, que permite ahondar en la justificación y pertinencia del ejercicio profesional, como en las intencionalidades que guiaron la ejecución del proyecto de intervención, teniendo como enfoque transversal el acompañamiento psicosocial, posteriormente se realiza una descripción sobre las actividades realizadas y los resultados obtenidos según el objetivo general y los objetivos específicos planteados, finalmente se generaron las reflexiones en torno al accionar profesional.

ABSTRACT: This final report is the result of the exercise of professional practices carried out in the Psychosocial Program of San Carlos Antioquia that is carried out in alliance with the Coogranada Cooperative, the Municipal Mayor's Office and the University of Antioquia, focused on the organizational strengthening of the Association of rural women and peace managers of the Corregimiento el Jordán la Vereda La Luz, thus, you will find then the investigative, methodological and analytical process that was developed between the period of February 2022 and February 2023, which allowed the fulfillment of functions agreed upon at the academic and institutional level. In this sense, the territorial, institutional and normative context is approached, which allows delving into the justification and relevance of the professional exercise, as well as the intentions that guided the execution of the intervention project, having as transversal approaches the psychosocial accompaniment and the differential reading of the context, then a description of the activities carried out and the results obtained according to the general objective and the specific objectives raised, finally the reflections around the professional action were generated.
