La performance y el trauma : aproximaciones a la relación de las heridas del inconsciente (trauma) con el proceso creativo de la performance

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente texto propone comprender la relación entre las heridas del inconsciente (trauma) con el proceso creativo de la Performance, a partir del estudio de caso en referentes puntuales y proceso de creación propio experimentado durante el quinto semestre. Se exponen los riesgos asociados de adentrarse en el mundo del inconsciente sin estar suficientemente preparado para enfrentarlo o, una vez consciente de ello, conocer cómo se vincula el inconsciente en el trabajo creativo para aprovechar la herida como punto de partida para la creación y prevenir el mal uso de esta. El propósito fundamental es comprender cómo el inconsciente influye en la construcción de la Performance, destacando la importancia de abordar de manera consciente y reflexiva este proceso. A su vez se plantea la idea de aprovechar la herida como un punto de partida para la creación artística, reconociendo su potencial como fuente de inspiración y autenticidad. No obstante, se hace hincapié en la necesidad de prevenir el mal uso de estas experiencias, subrayando los posibles peligros de abordar el trauma sin la debida consciencia y consideración ética. Es pertinente aclarar que la presente investigación adoptará un enfoque macro o superficial al abordar parcial y selectivamente temas profundos de las disciplinas de la psicología. Reconociendo la complejidad inherente a estas áreas, destacando la importancia de contar con estudios profesionales en psicología para abordar de manera ética y responsable los aspectos de gran profundidad y años de estudio en esta área específica. En resumen, el texto propone una investigación que busca desentrañar los vínculos complejos entre las heridas del inconsciente y la Performance, subrayando tanto las oportunidades creativas como los riesgos asociados, con el objetivo de contribuir a una comprensión más profunda y responsable de este tema en el ámbito artístico.

ABSTRAC: The goal of this text is to understand the relationship between the wounds of the unconscious mind (trauma) and the creative process in Performance, based on the study of specific references and my personal creative experience during the 5th semester. It exposes the risk of digging into the unconscious world without been sufficiently prepared and to understand how the unconscious is linked to the creative process leveraging the wound as starting point for artistic creations and preventing the negligent use of its potential. The central purpose of this investigation is to emphasize in how the unconscious affect the artistic creation, remarking the importance of approaching in a conscious and reflexive way the Performance creation. At the same time, it exposes the idea of taking advantages of the wounds as starting point for the artistic creation, recognizing its potential as source of inspiration and authenticity. Though, a critical emphasis is made in the fact of preventing the unappropriated use of these experiences, by highlighting the potential dangers of approaching the traumas without appropriated conscious and ethic consideration. Its pertinent to clarify that this investigation will adopt macro and superficial perspective by selectively addressing thoughtful topics psychology disciplines. Recognizing the inherent complexity of these areas and the importance of professional studies in psychology to navigated in an ethical and responsible way those deeper aspects that required years of specialized study. In conclusion, this text proposes research whose aim is to unravel the genuine connections between wounds, unconscious and Performance, stipulating the creative opportunities as the risk associated, with the objective of contribute to a deepest and responsible comprehension of their impact in the artistic field.
