Efectos de la migración en la transformación de las dinámicas socioculturales, económicas y políticas en Necoclí, Antioquia.

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este trabajo de grado se realizó dentro de los cursos Línea de Profundización I, II y III, en especial en Problemas Sociales Contemporáneos. La motivación parte del hecho de que ambos investigadores hacemos parte de Necoclí y así mismo hemos evidenciado los cambios que el paso migratorio ha ocasionado en el contexto actual de Necoclí y por ende, en nuestras realidades. Respecto a lo mencionado anteriormente, el objetivo principal de esta investigación es develar los efectos del paso migratorio en la transformación de las dinámicas socioculturales, económicas y políticas de Necoclí, Antioquia, cabe destacar que la teoría implementada fue la fenomenología, puesto que esta permite describir los fenómenos y sus impactos; la estrategia metodológica fue la etnometodología, pues estudia la cotidianidad; y las técnicas implementadas fueron la entrevista semiestructurada, la encuesta, la observación no participante y la revisión documental.

A partir de la ejecución en los objetivos se develaron cambios en las dinámicas socioculturales, teniendo en cuenta que la movilidad humana ha permitido posibilitar el diálogo intercultural y generar interés en la comunidad local en aprender idiomas y culturas nuevas, además se pudo comprender las razones por las que en la comunidad local ha incrementado el miedo y la sensación de inseguridad, teniendo en cuenta que consideran que desde los entes pertinentes no se tiene control sobre la seguridad ciudadana.

Sobre las dinámicas económicas se pudo identificar los efectos que el paso migratorio ha ocasionado, los cuales tienen que ver con el aumento en el costo de vida, la dolarización irregular de la economía y la creación de nuevas actividades económicas. Y finalmente, se pudo analizar cómo los actores gubernamentales y humanitarios están trabajando respecto a este fenómeno, además, la forma en que los grupos armados ilegales han operado en aprovechamiento de este fenómeno.

ABSTRACT: This degree work was carried out within the courses Línea de Profundización I, II and III, especially in Contemporary Social Problems. The motivation comes from the fact that both researchers are part of Necoclí and we have evidenced the changes that the migratory passage has caused in the current context of Necoclí and therefore, in our realities. With respect to the above mentioned, the main objective of this research is to unveil the effects of the migratory passage in the transformation of the sociocultural, economic and political dynamics of Necoclí, Antioquia, it is worth mentioning that the implemented theory was the phenomenology, since this allows describing the phenomena and their impacts; the methodological strategy was the ethnomethodology, since it studies the everyday life; and the implemented techniques were the semi-structured interview, the survey, the non-participant observation and the documentary review. From the execution of the objectives, changes in the socio-cultural dynamics were revealed, taking into account that human mobility has made intercultural dialogue possible and generated interest in the local community in learning new languages and cultures, in addition, it was possible to understand the reasons why fear and the feeling of insecurity have increased in the local community, taking into account that they consider that the relevant entities do not have control over citizen security. Regarding the economic dynamics, it was possible to identify the effects that the migration has caused, which have to do with the increase in the cost of living, the irregular dollarization of the economy and the creation of new economic activities. And finally, it was possible to analyze how governmental and humanitarian actors are working with respect to this phenomenon, as well as the way in which illegal armed groups have operated to take advantage of this phenomenon.
