Estructuración y parametrización de la oferta deportiva y de actividad física : un estudio de caso en la gestión municipal de Apartadó, Colombia

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este estudio de caso es resultado de analizar la gestión municipal del IMDER Apartadó, Colombia. Dándole un enfoque a la cobertura y la oferta institucional propuesta por el Instituto Municipal de deporte y recreación de Apartadó (IMDER). Para esto, se levantó y consolido información a fin de diagnosticar y estructurar la oferta deportiva y de actividad física existente en el municipio y sus corregimientos aledaños. Este estudio es de carácter descriptivo con enfoque cualitativo y tiene como objetivo parametrizar y caracterizar la oferta institucional, buscando así, una exploración detallada y contextualizada de los factores influyentes en las fortalezas, debilidades y oportunidades de la gestión ejercida por el instituto para el promover el deporte y la actividad física. En ese sentido, se lleva a cabo la revisión de documentos oficiales y la construcción de un censo que sirva como base para futuros análisis y estrategias en el ámbito de la gestión deportiva local. Los resultados ponen en evidencia las dificultades administrativas y logísticas que los procesos de la oferta y la especialmente en la centralización como un factor desequilibrante en el desarrollo territorial, sumado al registro de cobertura.

ABSTRACT: This case study is the result of analyzing the municipal management of IMDER Apartadó, Colombia. Giving a focus to the coverage and institutional offer proposed by the Municipal Institute of Sport and Recreation of Apartadó (IMDER). To this end, information was collected and consolidated in order to diagnose and structure the existing sports and physical activity offer in the municipality and its surrounding townships. This study is descriptive with a qualitative approach and aims to parameterize and characterize the institutional offer, thus seeking a detailed and contextualized exploration of the factors influencing the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities of the management exercised by the institute to promote sports and physical activity. In this sense, the review of official documents and the construction of a census that serves as a basis for future analysis and strategies in the field of local sports management is carried out. The results highlight the administrative and logistical difficulties that the supply and supply processes have in the region.
