La popularización del derecho en la educación jurídica

Abstract

RESUMEN: En este artículo de investigación se realiza –en un primer momento– una descripción general sobre la educación jurídica y la tradición continental en la que se inscribe. Y en un segundo momento, se sustenta por qué el incluir la popularización del derecho en la formación de estudiantes, se configura en una alternativa que posibilitaría darle relevancia social a la educación jurídica. Se concluye que la popularización del derecho, posibilitaría la formación de un estudiante más reflexivo sobre su encargo social, al ser consciente del papel que el saber jurídico tiene en torno a la solución de problemas reales y sentidos de las comunidades.

ABSTARCT: In this research paper it is made an overview of legal education and the continental tradition where you join first. In a second step, is based on what, include the popularization of law in the training of students; it is set in an alternative that would enable him to legal education social relevance. It is concluded that the popularization of law, would enable the formation of a more thoughtful student of its social mission, being aware of the role that the legal knowledge has about solving real problems and ways of communities.
