Sistematización evaluativa de semilleros de orientación humana - Fundación amigos de Amagá

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente informe se desarrolló en torno a la práctica profesional II y III en modalidad intensiva; esta fue realizada en la Fundación Amigos de Amaga la cual hace parte de la empresa Agropecuaria San Fernando (AGROSAN) del Municipio de Amaga – Antioquia. El objetivo del ejercicio investigativo estuvo centrado en identificar cual ha sido la incidencia que se ha logrado en la población beneficiaria de los semilleros de orientación humana que se vinculan en la línea social de la institución, al mismo tiempo, estos pretenden a un nivel promocional educativo aportar para la superación de diferentes problemáticas sociales que se presentan en el contexto de dicha población; esta intervención se desarrolló por medio de una sistematización evaluativa con el fin de identificar falencias o potencialidades que pudiesen aportar al crecimiento de la fundación y accionar de la misma en los diferentes procesos que lleva en el municipio.

ABSTRACT: The present report was developed around professional practice II and III in intensive mode; This was done at the Amigos de amaga Foundation which is part of the Agropecuaria San Fernando (AGROSAN) company of the Municipality of Amaga – Antioquia. The objective of the research exercise was to identify the incidence that has been achieved in the population beneficiaries of the seedlings of human orientation that are linked in the social line of the institution, at the same time, these aim at a promotional level of education to contribute to overcome different social problems that arise in the context of that population; this intervention was developed by means of an evaluative systematization in order to identify the deficiencies or potentialities that could contribute to the growth of the foundation and to act of it in the different processes that it carries out in the municipality.
