Flores de un día : reescritura de un guion para un cortometraje de ficción

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este proyecto de investigación creación aborda el proceso de reescritura de un guion cinematográfico, explorando distintas metodologías para clarificar y optimizar este proceso. Inicialmente, el guion presentaba múltiples subtramas y elementos que desviaban la atención del tema central: la espera entre un padre y una hija. A través de una reescritura minuciosa, se buscó eliminar lo superfluo y resaltar lo esencial, transformando la frustración inicial del escritor en un aprendizaje constructivo. El contexto de El Carmen de Viboral se utiliza como elemento alegórico para unificar la historia y su estética. Además, se enfatiza la importancia de la colaboración con actores durante la reescritura para mejorar los diálogos y la autenticidad de los personajes. Estas búsquedas metodológico no solo facilita la depuración del guion, sino que también enriquece el proceso creativo, convirtiendo la reescritura en una oportunidad para experimentar y perfeccionar la narrativa cinematográfica.

ABSTRACT: This research project deals with the process of rewriting a script for a short film, exploring different methodologies to clarify and optimise this process. Initially, the screenplay presented multiple subplots and elements that diverted attention from the central theme: the waiting between a father and daughter. Through a thorough rewrite, the aim was to eliminate the superfluous and highlight the essential, transforming the writer's initial frustration into constructive learning. The context of El Carmen de Viboral is used as an allegorical element to unify the story and its aesthetics. Furthermore, the importance of collaboration with actors during the rewriting process is emphasised in order to improve the dialogues and the authenticity of the characters. This methodological research not only facilitates the refinement of the script, but also enriches the creative process, turning the rewriting into an opportunity to experiment and perfect the cinematographic narrative.
