Abstract

RESUMEN : Este escrito abarca la experiencia como practicante de la empresa Endava, en esta participé en un proceso compuesto por varias fases, la primera de ellas se trataba de la nivelación en el rol de “Applications Management”, en el cual en distintos tipos de charlas y talleres se apuntó a nivelar mis conocimientos y capacidades, con enfoque no solo desde el apartado técnico sino también de las habilidades blandas, en este mismo concepto, me enfrenté a retos que pusieron a prueba los diferentes conocimientos que he adquirido durante mi carrera profesional y el refuerzo que la compañía me ofreció durante el periodo de nivelación, durante este tiempo, la mayoría de interns, colaboramos en 2 retos que eran los más significativos, ambos requirieron tecnologías y enfoques diferentes ya que también tenían ideas iniciales diferentes, sin embargo, tenían en común el objetivo principal de simular el ambiente real de un proyecto empresarial. Como una segunda fase, se me incluyó en un proyecto de un cliente de la compañía, el cual requiere que se haga una migración de contenidos de los sistemas de otra compañía que adquirió, por lo cual tuve distintas responsabilidades dentro del mismo como apoyo a operaciones y configuración de servicios, configuración de perfiles y permisos de usuarios, configuración de páginas de publicación, entre otros las cuales hacen parte del rol de “Applications Management” dentro del proyecto.

ABSTRACT : This writing covers the experience as an intern at Endava, in this company I participated in a process composed of several phases, the first of them was the training in the role of “Applications Management”, in which in different types of talks and workshops aimed to level my knowledge and skills, focusing not only the technical skills but also the soft skills, in this same concept, I faced challenges that tested the different knowledge that I have acquired during my professional career and the reinforcement that the company offered me during the training period, during this time, most interns, collaborated in 2 challenges that were the most significant, both required different technologies and approaches as they also had different initial ideas, however, they had in common the main objective of simulating the real environment of a business project. As a second phase, I was included in a project of a client of the company, which requires a migration of content from the systems of another company that the client acquired, so I had different responsibilities within the same as operations support and services configuration, configuration of user profiles and permissions, configuration of publication pages, among others which are part of the role of “Applications Management” within the project.
