Resumen : The present project is based on the analysis of productivity and proposal for improvement in the process of cutting biases in the company ARTYTECMO S.A.S. First, during the development of the initial phase of the project was determined the need to carry out a project Lean Six Sigma, aligned to the strategic objectives of the organization and focused specifically on the area of bias, because the company had never made a measurement of the process, therefore, they did not know the productive capacity of the bias process. During the execution of the project, different activities were identified that generate value and which activities do not generate value to the product through the development of VSM, task matrix, flow diagram, among others, that allowed the formulation of improvement actions for subsequent validation and evaluation of costs. Finally, an improvement proposal was presented to the organization with statistical validation support that guarantees the reduction of reprocessing, as well as benefits in the reduction of waste, acquisition of a culture of measurement, redistribution of plant to minimize travel, reduce time search, which are advantages of working under the Lean Six Sigma methodology. Thanks to the commitment of the general manager, the collaboration team and external consultants, the project was successfully completed.
