Locura y neurosis

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo de monografía se realizó con el objetivo de analizar la relación entre locura y neurosis sobre la base de los planteamientos realizados por Sigmund Freud y Jacques Lacan, respondiendo así a la pregunta de investigación inicialmente planteada: ¿Cuál es el estatuto que debemos darle a la locura en su relación con la neurosis? La metodología de investigación que permite dar respuesta a la misma está dada por el paradigma de la investigación cualitativa con diseño propio de la revisión documental la cual permitió rastrear la noción de locura y neurosis en los autores mencionados. Es así como en el primer capítulo se realiza un recorrido por la Historia de la locura en la época clásica de Michel Foucault lo cual permitió abordar la evolución de la noción de locura y los cambios de la misma en la Edad Media y el Renacimiento, así como en la época Clásica y la Modernidad. El segundo capítulo se centra en el abordaje de la noción de neurosis resaltando los aportes freudianos frente a los padecimientos del sujeto. En este sentido se aborda la histeria en la medicina científica y en el campo de la psiquiatría, resaltando los aportes realizados por Jean Martín Charcot al estudio de la misma, lo cual permitió el surgimiento de una teoría psíquica de la histeria. Finalmente en este capítulo se aborda la noción de neurosis obsesiva, resaltando las enseñanzas de la misma al interior del psicoanálisis. El capítulo tercero se centra en explorar la relación entre locura y neurosis a partir de los postulados teóricos de Sigmund Freud y Jacques Lacan como fuentes primarias y autores contemporáneos como pablo Muñoz. Como resultados del proceso investigativo se plantea la idea relacionada con la suspensión de la neurosis lo cual permite pensar que la locura puede encontrarse en ciertas formas de neuróticas sin que esto tenga que ser considerada psicosis.

ABSTRACT: This monograph work was carried out with the objective of analyzing the relationship between madness and neurosis based on the approaches made by Sigmund Freud and Jacques Lacan, thus answering the research question initially posed: What is the statute that we must give to madness in your relationship with neurosis? The research methodology that allows to respond to it is given by the paradigm of qualitative research with its own design of the documentary review which allowed us to trace the notion of madness and neurosis in the mentioned authors. This is how in the first chapter a tour of the History of madness in the classical era of Michel Foucault is carried out which allowed us to address the evolution of the notion of madness and its changes in the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, as well as in the Classic era and Modernity. The second chapter focuses on the approach to the notion of neurosis highlighting the Freudian contributions to the subject's sufferings. In this sense, hysteria is addressed in scientific medicine and in the field of psychiatry, highlighting the contributions made by Jean Martín Charcot to the study of it, which allowed the emergence of a psychic theory of hysteria. Finally, this chapter addresses the notion of obsessive neurosis, highlighting its teachings within psychoanalysis. The third chapter focuses on exploring the relationship between madness and neurosis from the theoretical postulates of Sigmund Freud and Jacques Lacan as primary sources and contemporary authors such as Pablo Muñoz. As a result of the investigative process, the idea related to the suspension of neurosis is raised, which suggests that madness can be found in certain forms of neurotics without this having to be considered psychosis.
