Restitución de tierras en Urabá : incertidumbre, resiliencia, y esperanza. Experiencias de mujeres campesinas en proceso de restitución de tierras en el marco de la ley 1448 de 2011

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este informe de trabajo de grado es un estudio de caso en la subregión de Urabá en el departamento de Antioquia. Especialmente en los municipios de Apartadó, Turbo y Necoclí. La investigación se enfoco en conocer cuáles han sido las experiencias de mujeres campesinas reclamantes antes y durante el proceso de restitución de tierras en el marco de la ley 1448 de 2011. La investigación se realizó bajo el enfoque cualitativo de investigación y mediante la utilización de conceptos teóricos que aporta la Sociología. Los aportes teóricos de María Teresa Uribe de Hincapié serán valiosos para entender la configuración regional de Urabá y los factores que explican las particularidades de los procesos de restitución de tierras que se presentan en esta zona del país y los aportes de Henri Lefebvre y su concepción del espacio. Se aplicaron entrevistas semi estructurada con adaptaciones de historias de vida, con el propósito de conocer su experiencia. Se complementó con el uso de la cartografía social y línea de tiempo. Por último se realizó un rastreo documental en diferentes periódicos sobre el tema en mención que intentaba generar unos antecedentes del tema, lo cual se nutrió a la vez con los testimonios encontrados en la lectura de sentencia publicadas por la Unidad de Restitución de Tierras. En los resultados de esta investigación se pueden resaltar algunas categorías de análisis que emergieron después del proceso de sistematización: Despojo, organización de reclamantes, arraigo por la tierra, violencia, tenencia de la tierra, retorno sin garantías y microfocalizacíón.

ABSTRACT: This grade work report is a case study in the subregion of Urabá in the department of Antioquia. Especially in the municipalities of Apartadó, Turbo and Necoclí. The research focused on the experiences of peasant women claimants before and during the land restitution process under Law 1448 of 2011. The research was carried out under a qualitative research approach and through the use of concepts Theorists contributed by Sociology. The theoretical contributions of Maria Teresa Uribe de Hincapié will be valuable in understanding the regional configuration of Urabá and the factors that explain the particularities of the land restitution processes that occur in this area of ​​the country and the contributions of Henri Lefebvre and his conception of space. Semi structured interviews were applied with adaptations of life histories, in order to know their experience. It was complemented by the use of social cartography and timeline. Finally, a documentary tracing was carried out in different newspapers on the subject in reference that tried to generate a background of the subject, which was nourished at the same time with the testimonies found in the reading of sentence published by the Unit of Restitution of Earth. In the results of this research we can highlight some categories of analysis that emerged after the systematization process: Despojo, organization of claimants, land grab, violence, land tenure, return without guarantees and microfocalization.
