Garantías para la dinámica sindical y laboral en Colombia, año 2015 : experiencia en la Escuela Nacional Sindical

Abstract

RESUMEN: A partir de la experiencia de práctica académica realizada en la Escuela Nacional Sindical ENS y con el fin de optar al título de Socióloga, se elabora el informe final del trabajo de grado, el cual tiene como objetivo explorar las garantías u obstáculos que tiene la protesta laboral y sindical en Colombia, desde de la revisión de la dinámica sindical y laboral del año 2015.

De acuerdo con los objetivos definidos en la investigación y en pro de responder la pregunta de estudio, se utiliza un enfoque de tipo cualitativo como la investigación documental de fuentes secundarias y de tipo cuantitativo con el uso de tablas, para tener un acercamiento a la situación actual de los trabajadores sindicalizados y no sindicalizados en Colombia respecto a las garantías u obstáculos de su movilización.

ABSTRACT: From the experience of academic practice realized in the National Union School ENS and in order to choose to Socióloga's title, there is elaborated the final report of the work of degree, which has as aim explore the guarantees or obstacles that there has the labor and union protest in Colombia, from of the review of the union and labor dynamics of the year 2015. In agreement with the aims defined in the investigation and in favor of answering the question of study, there is in use an approach of qualitative type as the documentary investigation of secondary sources and of quantitative type with the use of tables, for having an approximation to the current situation of the workers unionized and not unionized in Colombia with regard to the guarantees or obstacles of his mobilization
