Resumen : RESUMEN: El presente trabajo es resultado de un proceso de prácticas académicas que se efectuó en un proyecto creado por la Gerencia de Paz de la Gobernación de Antioquia denominado Cuerpo de Paz en el municipio de Briceño durante el segundo periodo del año 2017, en el cual se aborda la relación con el Programa Nacional Integral de Sustitución de Cultivos de Uso Ilícito (PNIS), la implementación del plan piloto de sustitución en Briceño y las implicaciones del programa en el municipio. Se parte de una descripción del programa de sustitución y sus diferentes componentes como el Plan de Atención Inmediata (PAI), referido a las acciones y recursos que ejecuta el Gobierno Nacional para garantizar los ingresos económicos de los núcleos familiares comprometidos en la sustitución de cultivos ilícitos. En segundo lugar, se determinan los aportes del Cuerpo de Paz del municipio Briceño al PNIS y la demás organizaciones presentes en el territorio. Por último, se precisan los riesgos y retos que tiene el programa de sustitución en Briceño.
ABSTRACT: The present work is the result of a process of academic practices that was carried out in a project created by the Peace Management of the Government of Antioquia called Peace Corps in the municipality of Briceño during the second period of the year 2017; which addresses the relationship with the National Comprehensive Program for the Substitution of Illicit Crops (PNIS), the implementation of the pilot substitution program in Briceño and the implications of the program in the municipality. This work begins with a description of the substitution program and its different components such as the Immediate Response Plan (Plan de Atención Inmediata), referred to the actions and resources executed by the National Government to guarantee the economic income of families engaged in the substitution of illicit crops. Secondly, the contributions of the Briceño Peace Corps to the PNIS and other organizations present in the territory are determined. And finally, the risks and challenges of the substitution program in Briceño are specified.
