Relaciones entre la actitud normativa y la autorregulación comportamental

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente estudio buscó analizar las relaciones entre la actitud normativa y la autorregulación comportamental en niños de 4 años escolarizados. La muestra estuvo conformada por 60 niños (22 niñas y 38 niños), divididos en dos grupos correspondientes a situaciones propias de la actitud normativa; al total de la muestra se le aplicó la tarea Head Toes Knees Shoulders (HTKS), de autorregulación comportamental. Se realizó un estudio comparativo de corte transversal, contrastando las relaciones entre las variables estudiadas. No se encontraron diferencias significativas entre las situaciones evaluadas, ni se halló asociación entre las variables de actitud normativa y autorregulación comportamental. De manera consistente, en la situación de acción pedagógica predominaron las respuestas normativas del tipo enseñanza. El análisis de los resultados obtenidos a partir de la tarea HTKS, alerta sobre la dificultad de tomar la variable de autorregulación comportamental para realizar contraste con otras, en la medida en que su naturaleza y distribución lo dificultan. Dada la naturaleza de las variables estudiadas, es recomendable refinar los diseños metodológicos futuros, con el fin de obtener resultados que aporten mayor claridad.

ABSTRACT: The present study sought to analyze the relationships between the normative attitude and behavioral self-regulation in children of 4 school years. The sample consisted of 60 children (22 girls and 38 boys), divided into two groups corresponding to situations typical of the normative attitude; The HTKS task of behavioral self-regulation was applied to the total of the sample. A comparative cross-sectional study was carried out, comparing the relationships between the variables studied. No significant differences were found between the situations evaluated, nor was an association found between the variables of normative attitude and behavioral self-regulation. Consistently, in the situation of pedagogical action, the normative responses of the teaching type prevailed. The analysis of the results obtained from the HTKS task, warns about the difficulty of taking the variable of behavioral self-regulation to make contrast with others, insofar as its nature and distribution make it difficult. Given the nature of the variables studied, it is advisable to refine future methodological designs, in order to obtain results that provide greater clarity.
