La cultura participativa en el Concejo Municipal de Planeación del municipio de Itagüí

Abstract

RESUMEN: El siguiente informe se enmarca en el desarrollo del curso de trabajo de grado I y II bajo la modalidad de práctica académica como asistente técnica, realizado en el Consejo Municipal de Planeación de Itagüí en la fundación Diego Echavarría Misas. Los objetivos alcanzados fueron la asistencia al monitoreo al plan de desarrollo “Itagüí avanza con equidad para todos 2016-2019”. En su primer periodo administrativo 2016, la capacitación a los consejeros temas de interés en reuniones del Consejo municipal de planeación y por último la representación del Consejo Municipal de planeación en eventos de interés. De esta manera en el ejercicio de la planeación se aplicaron conceptos propios de la sociología como es la “cultura participativa” a partir de la teoría de la estructuración de Anthony Giddens entre otros, los cuales fueron claves para el análisis de los procesos sociales y políticos que se desarrollan en el Consejo Municipal de Planeación del municipio de Itagüí.

ABSTRACT: The following report is part of the development of the course of work of grade I and II under the modality of academic practice as a technical assistant, carried out in the Municipal Council of Planning of Itagüí in the foundation Diego Echavarría Misas. The objectives reached were the assistance to monitor the development plan "Itagüí advances with equity for all 2016-2019". In the first administrative period of 2016, the training of the counselors on topics of interest in meetings of the Municipal Planning Council and finally the representation of the Municipal Council for planning events of interest. Thus, in the exercise of planning, concepts of sociology were applied, such as the "participatory culture", based on the structuring theory of Anthony Giddens among others, which were key to the analysis of social and political processes that are developed in the Municipal Planning Council of the municipality of Itagüí.
