Bilingüismo y psicoterapia : una revisión documental

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este trabajo busca por medio de la revisión documental integrar diferentes perspectivas académicas sobre la relación entre el bilingüismo y la psicoterapia. Tiene 4 partes principales, cada una destinada a identificar aspectos relevantes de dicha relación: El Bilingüismo y sus generalidades, la relación entre el bilingüismo y la emoción, la relación entre el bilingüismo y la identidad, para terminar con la relación directa entre bilingüismo y psicoterapia. Luego de una búsqueda sistemática se identificó que los documentos que hacen referencia al tema en español corresponden al momento de la investigación al 6,2% y ninguna de las investigaciones encontradas provenía de un contexto sudamericano. Por lo que este trabajo busca ampliar la información disponible en dicho contexto.

ABSTRACT: This work aims through documental research, to integrate different academic perspectives about the relation between bilingualism and psychotherapy. It has four main sections, each one destined to identify relevant aspects in this relation: Bilingualism and its generalities, the relation between bilingualism and emotion, the relation between bilingualism and identity and last, the relation between bilingualism and psychotherapy. After a systematic search, it was identified that the documents referring to the topic in Spanish correspond to the time of the investigation at 6,2% and none of the investigations found were located in a south American context. So this work seeks to expand the information available in this context.
