Relación de estrés laboral y depresión en docentes de secundaria en la Institución Educativa Monseñor Francisco Cristóbal Toro en la ciudad de Medellín en el año 2017 - II

Abstract

RESUMEN: Con el objetivo de abordar factores de Estrés y Depresión, además de considerar otras variables indicadoras de enfermedad relacionadas con el Estrés, de forma individual y su relación con la sintomatología depresiva, se presenta ésta investigación, la cual se centra en el marco del contexto educativo de la educación básica secundaria de una institución pública, en docentes de la Institución Educativa Monseñor Francisco Cristóbal Toro de la Ciudad de Medellín.

Para la realización de este proyecto se contó con una muestra de 15 docentes de la jornada de la mañana de la Institución anteriormente mencionada a quienes se les aplicó el Cuestionario Perfil de Estrés de Nowack que cuenta con 7 escalas y 9 subescalas relacionadas con el estrés, así como el Inventario de Depresión de Beck, dos instrumentos o escalas de tipo cuantitativo que evalúan la Depresión, Inventario de Depresión de Bekc (1961) y modificado posteriormente por el centro de Estudios y Terapia del comportamiento FORMAR, y Perfil de Estrés de Kenneth M. Nowack (2002).

ABSTRACT: The objective of this research is addressing Stress and Depression factors. Considering other variables indicating illness related to stress, individually and its relationship with depressive symptomatology, Focusing on the educational context of the secondary basic education of a public institution; taking the teachers of Monseñor Francisco Cristóbal Toro Institute of the City of Medellín.

For the realization of this project, a sample of 15 teachers of the morning shift from the Institution mentioned above took into consideration. To whom they applied the Stress Profile Questionnaire of Nowack that has 7 scales and 9 subscales related to stress, as well as the Beck Depression Inventory, these two instruments or scales of quantitative type that evaluate the Depression, Depression Inventory of Bekc (1961) and subsequently modified by the Center for Studies and Behavior Therapy, and Stress Profile of Kenneth M Nowack (2002).
