Práctica pedagógica sentipensante como resistencia ante los discursos de la calidad de la educación: la experiencia biográfica narrativa de un maestro de una institución educativa privada

Abstract

RESUMEN: Procedente de los contextos de la empresa, la calidad de la educación se posiciona como el horizonte y panacea a la crisis actual de la educación; no obstante, contraria a esa idea, se plantea críticamente los discursos de la calidad como parte de la problemática educativa que relega a la educación, al maestro y a la pedagogía a una función administrativa. Lo anterior entonces le implica al maestro repensar-se y transformar-se en el contexto de la calidad. Es por esto que la presente propuesta busca comprender a partir de narraciones autobiográficas, las transformaciones suscitadas por la emergencia de una Práctica Pedagógica Sentipensante como forma de resistencia ante los discursos, políticas y reglamentaciones de la calidad de la educación, en la experiencia e identidad profesional de un maestro de una institución educativa privada. En relación con la investigación, la metodología utilizada se inscribe en el enfoque cualitativo y en el paradigma sociocrítico; por último, se llega a la conclusión de que la singularidad, voz y pedagogía que camina con el maestro no se pueden instrumentalizar en las manos economicistas y reduccionistas de lo humano, porque su singularidad, voz y pedagogía son transformación y responsabilidad de vida para con los otros. La calidad y cualquier discurso que pretenda convertir la educación en un bien de consumo, encontrará su tensión en el maestro, porque el maestro es reflexión andante que metamorfosea su propia práctica y experiencia, y ese metamorfosear reemplaza cualquier vestigio en detrimento de la dignidad humana.

ABSTRACT: Coming from the contexts of the company, the quality of education is positioned as the horizon and the panacea of the current crisis of education; however, contrary to that idea, quality discourses are considered critically as part of the educational problem that relegates education, teacher and pedagogy to an administrative function. The above implies, then, that the teacher will rethink and transform in the context of quality. That is why the present proposal seeks to understand, from the autobiographical narratives, the transformations caused by the emergence of a sentipensante pedagogical practice as a form of resistance to the discourses, policies and regulations of the quality of education, in the experience and professional identity from a teacher from a private educational institution. In relation to research, the methodology used is part of the qualitative approach and the socio-critical paradigm; Finally, it is concluded that the singularity, voice and pedagogy that walks with the teacher cannot be instrumentalized in the economic and reductionist hands of the human being, because their uniqueness, voice and pedagogy are the transformation and responsibility of the lives of others. The quality and any discourse that seeks to turn education into a consumer good, will find its tension in the teacher, because the teacher is a walking reflection that metamorphoses his own practice and experience, and that metamorphosis replaces any vestige at the expense of dignity human
