ABSTRACT: The adaptation to a more complex business world has marked the trend of issuing reports that satisfy the growing demand for information from different interest groups. The purpose of this research is to characterize the non-financial information presented in the corporate reports of Latin American companies listed for their sustainability practices in the Dow Jones index (DJSI) in 2020. In this context, through a content analysis of the corporate reports presented by 149 companies distributed in five economic sectors that differ in their operations and establishing seven categories of analysis (presentation of the report, economic, environmental, social, interest groups, corporate governance, and Sustainable Development Goals), we arrived at the main conclusion that the sectors that reveal the most information in their reports are those with the greatest environmental impact.
