Abstract

RESUMEN: Para comprender las dinámicas económicas del municipio de Yarumal, es necesario identificar cómo se desenvuelven los actores que hacen parte del sector de la economía social y solidaria del municipio, es por esto por lo que se hace necesario plantear una contextualización que va desde lo global hasta lo local. Además, se plantearon unos objetivos, los cuales se desarrollaron mediante diferentes actividades entre las que se destaca la construcción del documento diagnóstico, el cual permitió caracterizar una muestra de organizaciones sociales de base del municipio. Asimismo, se exponen los hallazgos, los cuales motivan al trabajador social a crear estrategias que permitan articular los diferentes sectores de la economía, y a trabajar en el fortalecimiento del lazo social, el cual permite brindar soluciones a necesidades individuales y colectivas. Finalmente, se presentan unas consideraciones finales donde se expone que, si bien los actores económicos del municipio no creen en los procesos, la construcción del documento diagnóstico a raíz de la caracterización da pie para la formulación de la política pública de economía social y solidaria, con el fin de buscar el bien colectivo que aporte a la reactivación económica a nivel local, departamental y nacional.

ABSTRACT: In order to understand the economic dynamics of the municipality of Yarumal, it is necessary to identify how the actors that are part of the social and solidarity economy sector of the municipality develop, which is why it is necessary to propose a contextualization that goes from the global to the local level. In addition, some objectives were set, which were developed through different activities, among which the construction of the diagnostic document stands out, which allowed characterizing a sample of grassroots social organizations in the municipality. Likewise, the findings are presented, which motivate the social worker to create strategies that allow articulating the different sectors of the economy, and to work in the strengthening of the social bond, which allows providing solutions to individual and collective needs. Finally, some final considerations are presented where it is exposed that, although the economic actors of the municipality do not believe in the processes, the construction of the diagnostic document as a result of the characterization gives rise to the formulation of the public policy of social and solidarity economy, in order to seek the collective good that contributes to the economic reactivation at local, departmental and national level.
