Levantamiento del contexto operacional actual para proceso de mejora del área de mantenimiento e infraestructura del Hospital Alma Máter de Antioquia

Abstract

RESUMEN : En el siguiente informe se describe el contexto operacional del Hospital Alma Mater de Antioquia, en el que se describen diferentes aspectos internos y externos del Hospital que pueden verse afectados o afectan la operación y mantenimiento de sus activos físicos. Esto con el fin de conocer las condiciones y características en las que se encuentra dichos activos y como es la operación del Hospital y su área de mantenimiento e infraestructura. En un principio se contextualiza de manera general el Hospital con lo relacionado a la gestión institucional, servicios asistenciales y su comportamiento en los últimos años. De igual forma se analiza de forma más amplia la gestión de diferentes procesos con la que se cuenta en la institución, incluido el mantenimiento, y se plantean posibles herramientas o actividades que se pueden comenzar a desarrollar a futuro en busca de la mejora de su gestión de mantenimiento actual en cuanto a cada uno de los aspectos y características descritas a lo largo del informe; Por último, se realiza una breve recopilación de toda la información evidenciada y se menciona la importancia y beneficios de este informe para el área, y algunas sugerencias a seguir a corto y largo plazo en pro del mejoramiento de la gestión de mantenimiento, y como primer paso para comenzar de manera precisa con el desarrollo e implementación de una metodología de mantenimiento en el área de mantenimiento e infraestructura del Hospital Alma Máter de Antioquia.

ABSTRACT : The following report describes the operational context of the Hospital Alma Máter de Antioquia, describing different internal and external aspects of the Hospital that may be affected or affect the operation and maintenance of its physical assets. The purpose is to know the conditions and characteristics of these assets and the operation of the Hospital and its maintenance and infrastructure area. At the beginning, the Hospital is contextualized in a general way with regard to institutional management, assistance services and its behavior in the last years. Similarly, a broader analysis is made of the management of different processes in the institution, including maintenance, and possible tools or activities that can be developed in the future in order to improve its current maintenance management in terms of each of the aspects and characteristics described throughout the report are proposed; Finally, a brief compilation of all the information evidenced is made and the importance and benefits of this report for the area are mentioned, as well as some suggestions to follow in the short and long term for the improvement of maintenance management, and as a first step to start accurately with the development and implementation of a maintenance methodology in the maintenance and infrastructure area of the Hospital Alma Máter de Antioquia
