Entre el cuerpo, el afecto y la pasión: el fenómeno psicosomático

Abstract

RESUMEN: El objetivo de esta investigación es establecer las vías de formación del fenómeno psicosomático en Freud y en Lacan, a propósito de los afectos y las pasiones, elementos medulares de la teoría de la libido. El método empleado en este estudio combina lo epistémico y lo clínico, guiado por la actitud analítica centrada en los detalles y la perspectiva ética del bien decir. La investigación se orientó privilegiando tres ejes de análisis: cuerpo, afecto y pasión, apoyándose en el análisis de algunos casos extraídos de la literatura psicoanalítica que permiten ilustrar la lógica del fenómeno psicosomático según esta perspectiva de los afectos y las pasiones. Se concluye que el fenómeno psicosomático se produce por una falla en el proceso de transformación de los afectos derivados del trauma sexual que se sitúa en los márgenes del inconsciente no reprimido; falla localizada en el cuerpo que sirve a la expresión de un dolor más íntimo por la inconsistencia del Otro que no se ha podido tramitar y que se rebaja en estos casos al orden de lo físico, de una enfermedad que se presenta enigmática.

ABSTRACT: The objective of this research is to establish the formation pathways of the psychosomatic phenomenon in Freud and Lacan, regarding affections and passions, core elements of the libido theory. The method used in this study combines the epistemic and the clinical, guided by the analytical attitude focused on details and the ethical perspective of saying well. The research was oriented by favoring three axes of analysis: body, affection and passion, based on the analysis of some cases extracted from the psychoanalytic literature that allow illustrating the logic of the psychosomatic phenomenon according to this perspective of affections and passions. It is concluded that the psychosomatic phenomenon is produced by a failure in the transformation process of the affects derived from the sexual trauma that is located on the margins of the unrepressed unconscious; localized failure in the body that serves to express a more intimate pain due to the inconsistency of the Other that could not be processed and that is lowered in these cases to the order of the physical, of a disease that appears enigmatic.
