Planeación, modernización y migración de la infraestructura transaccional para la pasarela de pagos Placetopay

Abstract

RESUMEN : Evertec es una empresa cuya línea de negoció principal es a nivel transaccional y financiero. Dentro de mi práctica académica se trabajó en el producto Placetopay que es la pasarela de pagos de esta compañía financiera; se abordó la modernización de la infraestructura del core transaccional de Placetopay, actualmente alojado en un servidor de Legacy de un proveedor externo, cuyo objetivo principal fue migrar hacia una infraestructura más moderna en la nube para mejorar la seguridad, disponibilidad, consistencia y funcionalidad de los servicios dispuestos para nuestros clientes y empresas.

ABSTRACT : Evertec is a company whose main business line is in the transactional and financial sector. During my academic internship, I worked on the Placetopay product, which is the payment gateway of this financial company. The focus was on modernizing the infrastructure of the Placetopay transactional core, which is currently hosted on a Legacy server from an external provider. The main objective was to migrate to a more modern cloud infrastructure to improve the security, availability, consistency, and functionality of the services provided to our clients and businesses.
