La comunicación corporal en las elaboraciones identitarias-subjetivas

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The following article is a revaluation of the importance of non-verbal communication and the use of the body in studies of identity constructs. Emphasis is placed on youth and the subaltern groups, revising theoretical debates on identity, communication and the body. These debates are discussed in the context of an ethnographic study on colombias groups in the city of Monterrey, México.

RESUMEN: El presente artículo revalora la comunicación no verbal y los usos del cuerpo dentro de los estudios sobre las construcciones identitarias. Tiene su énfasis en los jóvenes y los grupos subalternos. Revisa las posturas teóricas de autores preocupados por temas como la identidad, la comunicación y el cuerpo. Estas construcciones teóricas se aterrizan y discuten a la luz del estudio etnográfico sobre los grupos colombias en la ciudad de Monterrey, México.
