Caracterización de los grupos juveniles del municipio de Concepción - Antioquia

Abstract

RESUMEN: La juventud llena de emociones, motivaciones, alegrías, experiencias, sueños, pero también conflictos, permiten crear y construir nuevas realidades, dar vitalidad e impulsar a las comunidades, cuando todas estas potencias se encuentran un poco adormecidas es preciso, entonces, darles un poco de fuerza e impulsarse para que comprendan que son sus propios sujetos de cambio, si ellos no se mueven, nadie se moverá por ellos, si no hablan, nadie hablará por ellos y si no se movilizan, nadie se movilizará por ellos. Esta caracterización permitirá conocer de manera general a esos jóvenes que dan vida a cada uno de los grupos juveniles, las motivaciones, proyecciones, sueños, objetivos en común que permiten que se sigan generando prácticas organizativas en el Municipio de Concepción- Antioquia.En un primer momento, se encontrará una breve contextualización Municipal que permitirá dar cuenta de las dimensiones territoriales, económicas y educativas del Municipio de Concepción, en un segundo momento, se describirá cómo es la población joven de este Municipio, además, la oferta institucional existente a nivel Municipal y el concepto de juventud desde la normatividad Colombiana, por último, se dará paso a la caracterización que permitirá identificar puntos de encuentro entre los grupos juveniles.

ABSTRACT: Youth full of emotions, motivations, joy, experiences, dreams but also conflicts is allow to create and build new realities, to give vitality and boost the communities when the hopes and potentials seem disappear. For this reason, is necessary to impulse them in order to they assume themselves as a subjects of their own change, if they don’t move, nobody will move for them, if they don’t express themselves, nobody will express for them and if they don’t mobilize, nobody will be mobilized for them. This characterization allow to know in general features the young population who are part of each youth groups, the motivations, collective goals, dreams, common objectives that allows to continue generating organizational practices in the municipality of Concepción, Antioquia. In the first section of the text shows a brief contextualization at the territorial, economic and educational dimensions in the municipality of Concepción. The second section, will describes the youth of the municipality besides the institutional offer at the municipal level and the concept of youth from Colombian normativity. Finally, the characterization will be presented, which will allow identifying similarities between youth groups.
