Puerto Waffe experiencia de intervención social y participación local. Renovación urbanística del centro y el waffe de Turbo-2022

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente documento da cuenta del proceso de práctica profesional para optar al título de socióloga, el proceso de desarrollo en el consorcio EYD puerto waffe 008, en el marco del proyecto “consultoría para la estructuración integral: técnica, legal, ambiental, predial, social y financiera para elaborar los estudios y diseños que permitan la recuperación del espacio público y la navegabilidad del caño – puerto waffe en el municipio de Turbo”, busca la renovación integral del centro y el Waffe de Turbo. El proceso de práctica tuvo como objetivo apoyar la ejecución del plan de gestión social en todos sus componentes. El eje de sistematización fueron los espacios y mecanismos de participación ciudadana al interior del proyecto de consultoría. Con base en esto, el informe se estructuró en cuatro capítulos: el primero encierra la contextualización y marco normativo, el segundo expone dos proyectos nacionales como referentes de participación e incidencia ciudadana, el tercero da cuenta de la unidad de análisis y reconstrucción de la experiencias, y, por último, las conclusiones y recomendaciones.

ABSTRACT: This document reports the process of professional practice for the degree of Sociologist, the development process in the consortium EYD puerto waffe008, in the framework of the project "consultancy for the integral structuring: technical, legal, environmental, property, social and financial to develop studies and designs that allow the recovery of public space and navigability of the pipe - puerto waffe in the municipality of Turbo", seeks the comprehensive renovation of the center and the waffe of Turbo. The objective of the practice process was to support the execution of the social management plan in all its components. The systematization axis was the space and mechanisms of citizen participation within the consulting project and the report was structured in four chapters. The first chapter contains the contextualization and normative framework, the second presents two national projects as referents of citizen participation and advocacy, the third chapter describes the unit of analysis and reconstruction of the experiences and finally the conclusions and recommendations
