Características en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes de instrumentación quirúrgica que trabajan durante el periodo académico del año 2022

Abstract

RESUMEN: Varios estudiantes de instrumentación quirúrgica de la Universidad de Antioquia trabajan durante el periodo académico, esto influye de manera directa en su desempeño durante la realización de actividades, ya que estudiar y trabajar es un gran reto en la actualidad. El objetivo de este trabajo es describir todas las condiciones que rodean al estudiante durante la realización de estas dos actividades, así mismo la manera en que su entorno estudiantil y laboral se ve afectado y como se desenvuelve en su vida diaria. Para recolectar la información necesaria y enriquecer nuestro trabajo, buscamos los diferentes puntos de vista usando como población a los estudiantes de instrumentación quirúrgica que trabajan durante su periodo académico y mediante entrevistas donde se les permitió expresarse libremente para cumplir el objetivo, cabe aclarar que no se busca una verdad absoluta. Esta investigación se llevará a cabo por medio de entrevistas para todos los estudiantes de instrumentación quirúrgica que trabajan en el semestre académico y se tendrán en cuenta algunas excepciones. Las respuestas recibidas demostraron que cada uno de los entrevistados se desenvuelve de manera diferente y obtiene ya sea resultados positivos o negativos, demostrando que se necesita de más acompañamiento frente a estos temas tanto de las instituciones educativas como los empleadores.

ABSTRACT: Several students of surgical instrumentation at the University of Antioquia work during the academic period, this directly influences their performance during their activities, since studying and working is a great challenge nowadays. The objective of this work is to describe all the conditions that surround the student during the realization of these two activities, as well as the way in which their student and work environment is affected and how they perform in their daily life. To collect the necessary information and enrich our work, we sought the different points of view using as population the surgical instrumentation students who work during their academic period and through interviews where they were allowed to express themselves freely to meet the objective, it should be clarified that we are not looking for an absolute truth. This research will be conducted through interviews for all surgical instrumentation students working in the academic semester and some exceptions will be taken into account. The answers received showed that each one of the interviewees performs differently and obtains either positive or negative results, demonstrating that there is a need for more support on these issues from both educational institutions and employers.
