Un colaborador te abraza en el alma: proyecto de intervención Hospital Alma Máter de Antioquia

Abstract

RESUMEN: El proyecto de intervención social “Un colaborador te abraza en el Alma” buscó acompañar a un grupo de colaboradores del Hospital Alma Máter de Antioquia, desde la formación del ser y actividades educativas como capacitaciones para generar conocimientos teórico-prácticos y así realizar una atención centrada en la persona, es decir, una atención que considere las diferentes aristas de la vida que suceden en un ser humano cuando pasa por un proceso de enfermedad y de hospitalización. La metodología adoptada creo espacios dialógico-reflexivos donde la participación del grupo Gestores de Amor por la Vida fue protagónica para crear diferentes estrategias de acompañamiento para los pacientes de la Institución. Las sesiones educativas, es decir las capacitaciones, tuvieron gran acogida por parte del grupo y se logró la obtención de conocimientos y herramientas para la atención centrada en las personas que se pretende establecer en la Institución. El proyecto generó nuevas perspectivas en la institución para la atención de pacientes y permitió el conocimiento y la apropiación de la cultura de humanización y de los compromisos de Amor por la Vida.

ABSTRACT: The social intervention project “A collaborator embraces you in the Soul” sought to accompany a group of collaborators from the Hospital Alma Máter de Antioquia, from the formation of the being and educational activities such as training to generate theoretical-practical knowledge and thus provide focused care, in the person, that is, care that considers the different aspects of life that happen to a human being when they go through a process of illness and hospitalization. The methodology adopted created dialogic-reflective spaces where the participation of the Gestores de Amor por la Vida group was central to creating different support strategies for the patients of the Institution. The educational sessions, that is, the training, were very well received by the group and it was possible to obtain knowledge and tools for the people-centered care that the Institution intends to establish. The project generated new perspectives in the institution for patient care and allowed knowledge and appropriation of the culture of humanization and the commitments of Love for Life.
