Abstract

RESUMEN: El informe de práctica titulado Diálogos y escenarios itinerantes, dignificando la labor y el sector artesanal de Medellín desde la gestión cultural y la propuesta de intervención social “Tinteadero artesanal”. Presenta una intervención social enfocada en fortalecer los vínculos entre la Secretaría de Cultura Ciudadana de Medellín y la comunidad artesanal. Este proyecto tiene como eje central el acompañamiento a los artesanos, buscando no solo mejorar sus condiciones de vida, sino también potenciar sus capacidades a través de estrategias que promueven el diálogo, la escucha activa y la resolución pacífica de conflictos. La intervención aspira a aumentar la participación ciudadana de los artesanos, asegurando que sus voces sean escuchadas en la toma de decisiones que afectan su entorno, también busca fortalecer sus habilidades comerciales, lo que les permitirá acceder a nuevos mercados y mejorar su sostenibilidad económica. La práctica académica también se orienta a fomentar la cohesión social dentro del sector artesanal, promoviendo el trabajo en equipo y el apoyo mutuo, al mismo tiempo, se intenta consolidar un sentido de pertenencia hacia su cultura y su labor, creando un entorno más colaborativo e inclusivo donde los artesanos se sientan valorados en el desarrollo de sus actividades.

ABSTRACT: The practice report entitled Dialogues and itinerant scenarios, dignifying the work and the artisan sector of Medellin from the cultural management and social intervention proposal “Tinteadero artesanal”. It presents a social intervention focused on strengthening the links between the Secretariat of Citizen Culture of Medellin and the artisan community. This project has as its central axis the accompaniment of artisans, seeking not only to improve their living conditions, but also to enhance their capabilities through strategies that promote dialogue, active listening and peaceful conflict resolution. The intervention aims to increase the artisans' citizen participation, ensuring that their voices are heard in the decision-making process that affects their environment, and also seeks to strengthen their business skills, which will enable them to access new markets and improve their economic sustainability. The academic practice is also aimed at fostering social cohesion within the artisan sector, promoting teamwork and mutual support, while at the same time trying to consolidate a sense of belonging to their culture and their work, creating a more collaborative and inclusive environment where artisans feel valued in the development of their activities.
