Apoyo a la interventoría y análisis de rendimientos en la construcción del proyecto "Villa del Carmen" supervisado por el municipio de El Carmen de Viboral, Antioquia. Práctica empresarial

Abstract

RESUMEN : El presente trabajo contiene la relación de las actividades realizadas en el apoyo en la interventoría técnica y al análisis de los rendimientos en las actividades de construcción de la segunda etapa del proyecto de vivienda (VIS) “Villa del Carmen”, ubicado en la zona norte del Municipio de El Carmen de Viboral, Antioquia. Como practicante de ingeniería civil, el autor realizó actividades de apoyo a la interventoría técnica del proyecto con el objetivo de que la obra cumpliera con las especificaciones técnicas y normativas. De igual manera se realizó un análisis de rendimientos, mediante un seguimiento al progreso de la construcción, en el transcurso de la etapa inicial del proyecto. Durante la ejecución de este trabajo se buscó identificar factores que pudieran afectar los rendimientos, realizando un seguimiento a las actividades de adecuación del terreno siguiendo las recomendaciones del estudio geotécnico. Por otra parte, se buscó realizar un seguimiento a la construcción de los elementos estructurales del edificio los cuales, durante el período de pasantía, no se iniciaron debido a circunstancias externas al autor y a la administración municipal. Adicionalmente como auxiliar de interventoría, se hizo un seguimiento normativo al proyecto, abarcando las especificaciones para el estudio geotécnico, adecuación del terreno, control de materiales para el reemplazo y cumplimiento de la normativa en la conformación de la rasante.

ABSTRACT : The present work includes a report on the activities carried out in support of technical supervision and analysis of performance in the construction activities of the second stage of the housing project “Villa del Carmen” located in the northern area of the municipality of El Carmen de Viboral, Antioquia. As a civil engineering trainee, the author carried out activities to support the technical supervision of the project to ensure that the work complied with the technical and regulatory specifications. Likewise, a performance analysis was carried out, by monitoring the progress of the construction, during the initial stage of the construction of the project. During the execution of this project, efforts were made to identify factors that could impact productivity by closely monitoring the land preparation activities in accordance with the recommendations of the geotechnical study. Additionally, the project aimed to oversee the construction of the building's structural elements, which, during the internship period, were not initiated due to circumstances beyond the control of the author and the municipal administration. Additionally, as a technical supervision assistant, regulatory compliance of the project was monitored, covering specifications for the geotechnical study, suitability of the land, control of materials for replacements and compliance with regulations for ground level formation.
