Sistematización de la experiencia de la Mesa de Participación Efectiva de Victimas del municipio de Frontino entre 2011-2020

Abstract

RESUMEN: La presente sistematización de experiencias se realizó a partir del interés de reconstruir y reflexionar sobre el proceso vivido en y por la Mesa de Participación Efectiva de Victimas del municipio de Frontino-Antioquia entre el año 2011-2020, como protagonista activa de dicha experiencia, buscando reconstruir un camino que aporte a la reivindicación de los derechos de las víctimas, desde la memoria viva, como apuesta por la reparación simbólica y estrategia social para la verdad. Orientada en una metodología fundamentada en los planteamientos de Oscar Jara, María Eumelia Galeano, entre otros, quienes permiten a partir de los postulados teóricos y metodológicos, dar sentido a los momentos significativos de la experiencia a través de un proceso participativo donde se reconocen los actores que permitieron visualizar el panorama de la experiencia vivida en el ámbito de la participación social mediante entrevistas semi estructuradas, línea del tiempo, relatorías entre otras. Los resultados de esta sistematización permitió retroalimentar los procesos vividos por la MPEV durante los años 2011 y 2020, esto gracias a la participación de los diferentes sujetos que lograron reconstruir la experiencia desde su hacer y estar, permitiendo no solo conocer sus historias sino aprender de las mismas reconociendo, valorando la particularidad de sus actores por medio de las diferentes formas de ver, pensar, sentir y abordar el conflicto armado y sus impactos tanto en proyectos de vida personales como colectivos. Por último se resaltó el rol fundamental del Trabajo Social en espacios de participación comunitaria como las MPEV municipales, como elemento articulador entre estos espacios y las comunidades para comprender, analizar las experiencias de las víctimas como instrumento en la generación de justicia, la reparación integral y garantías de no repetición para las víctimas.

ABSTRACT: This systematization of experiences was carried out from the interest of reconstructing and reflecting on the process lived in and by the Table of Effective Participation of Victims of the municipality of Frontino-Antioquia between 2011-2020, as an active protagonist of this experience, seeking to reconstruct a path that contributes to the vindication of the rights of victims, from the living memory, as a commitment to symbolic reparation and social strategy for the truth. Oriented on a methodology based on the approaches of Oscar Jara, María Eumelia Galeano, among others, who allow, from the theoretical and methodological postulates, to give meaning to the significant moments of the experience through a participatory process where the actors are recognized that allowed to visualize the panorama of the experience lived in the field of social participation through semi-structured interviews, time line, reports, among others. The results of this systematization allowed feedback on the processes lived by the MPEV during the years 2011 and 2020, thanks to the participation of the different subjects who managed to reconstruct the experience from their doing and being, allowing not only to know their stories but to learn from them, recognizing and valuing the particularity of their actors through the different ways of seeing, thinking, feeling and approaching the armed conflict and its impacts on both personal and collective life projects. Finally, the fundamental role of Social Work in community participation spaces such as the municipal MPEVs was highlighted, as an articulating element between these spaces and the communities to understand and analyze the experiences of the victims as an instrument in the generation of justice, comprehensive reparation and guarantees of non-repetition for the victims.
