Aporte a la construcción de un portafolio de artistas y actores culturales en la zona urbana del municipio de Andes

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente trabajo describe el proceso desarrollado en la práctica profesional en Gestión Cultural que se realizó en la secretaría de Educación, Cultura y Deporte de la alcaldía de Andes. A partir de este, se buscó reconocer la riqueza cultural y artística andina, ya que esta es clave para la consolidación de identidades locales y para la ejecución de procesos culturales. Inicialmente, se realizó un diagnóstico que identificó la ausencia de un documento clave para reconocer a los actores culturales del municipio, esta información fue clave en la formulación del proyecto planteado para crear un portafolio de artistas y actores culturales presentes, como primera fase, en la zona urbana del municipio. Para llegar a esto se implementó una metodología cualitativa, a través de entrevistas virtuales y presenciales mediante las cuales, se recolectaron los datos necesarios para cumplir el objetivo planteado. Esto permitió, indagar sobre información básica de cada participante como insumo principal del portafolio, y su perspectiva hacia la cultura como concepto y sector, de esta forma, no solo se aportó a la identificación de los artistas y actores culturales, sino también, se diagnosticó una parte del sector cultural del municipio. Finalmente, se generaron reflexiones acerca de la relación entre los artistas, actores culturales y las instituciones públicas y privadas del municipio enfocadas en la mirada de la Gestión Cultural.

ABSTRAC: This document describes the process developed in the professional practice in Cultural Management conducted in the Secretariat of Education, Culture, and Sports of the town hall of Andes. From this, the aim was to recognize the cultural and artistic wealth andean since this is key for consolidating local identities and the execution of cultural processes. Initially, a diagnosis was conducted to identify the absence of a critical document that would allow for the recognition of the municipality's cultural actors. This information was crucial to formulating the proposed project to create a portfolio of artists and cultural actors present, as a first phase, in the urban area of the municipality. To achieve this, a qualitative methodology was implemented, through virtual and face-toface interviews through which the necessary data were collected to meet the stated objective. This allowed to inquire about basic information of each participant as the main input of the portfolio, and their perspective towards culture as a concept and sector, thus, not only contributed to the identification of artists and cultural actors, but also diagnosed a part of the cultural sector of the municipality. Finally, reflections were generated about the relationship between artists, cultural actors, and public and private institutions of the municipality focused on the perspective of Cultural Management.
