Las emociones frente al accionar político y educativo de mujeres artistas de Medellín

Abstract

RESUMEN: Esta investigación busca comprender la relación entre las emociones políticas y el accionar artístico en mujeres de Medellín. El horizonte metodológico parte de una visión cualitativa, con corte comprensivo y narrativo, generando espacios de conversación a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas desde la perspectiva narrativa con tres artistas y una aproximación etnográfica con dos colectivas feministas de la ciudad. Los resultados son abordados a través del análisis de los relatos de cada una de cocreadoras, complementado con su hacer artístico desde la fotografía, poesía, performance, muralismo y clow; lo anterior enlanzándolo con categorías emergentes a lo largo de la investigación, estas son: cuerpo, arte en resistencia y pedagogía feminista, estas categorías son entendidas a la luz de las emociones políticas. Los hallazgos de esta investigación señalan que el arte en contextos de resistencia funge como una posibilidad combativa y liberadora, desde lo íntimo hasta lo colectivo, dejando ver lo plural de las emociones políticas y su transformación a través del proceso creativo, ya sea de manera individual o colectiva, pues permite la autorepresentación y juntanza por medio del accionar artístico.

ABSTRACT: This research seeks to understand the relationship between political emotions and artistic action in women from Medellín. The methodological horizon starts from a qualitative vision, with a comprehensive and narrative approach, generating spaces for conversation through semi-structured interviews from the narrative perspective with three artists and an ethnographic approach with two feminist collectives from the city. The results are approached through the analysis of the stories of each of the co-creators, complemented by their artistic work from photography, poetry, performance, muralism, and clowning; the above linked with emerging categories throughout the research, these are: body, art in resistance and feminist pedagogy, these categories are understood in the light of political emotions. The findings of this research indicate that art in contexts of resistance serves as a combatant and liberating possibility, from the intimate to the collective, revealing the plurality of political emotions and their transformation through the creative process, either individually or collectively, as it allows for self-representation and coming together through artistic action.
