The education by its human activity nature is directly influenced by political, social, and economic events. Any attempt by organizing the educational service is guided from political and economic objetives and it must correspond to the developmen of an investigative and practical process of reflection and action that reflect the environment situation of the community in the one wich the educational activity is inserted. To expound the problem about the education and the pedadogy from a historical perspective, be reached the comprehension its social impact and are proposed strategies to intervene in their construction. It is made a special called to student organizacion of the accountancy, as vital change agent in countable education.
