El maestro rural : un tejido desde la experiencia

Abstract

RESUMEN: Este trabajo se enfoca en construir junto a siete maestros, a través del diálogo y la escucha, lo que se entiende por ser maestro en ruralidad. Para ello, se recurre al método biográfico-narrativo y a el enfoque cualitativo que orientan la valoración de cada uno, a partir de sus experiencias y las nuestras, a su vez, que posibilita acercarnos a la sensibilidad de los actores principales de los escenarios abordados. Con base en esto, se desarrollan una serie de reflexiones sobre el perfil del maestro rural y la manera cómo tejen desde sus experiencias el quehacer profesional. Las entrevistas y relatos realizados a los maestros son el sustrato del análisis, y en virtud de estas se analiza lo que significa ser maestro en este contexto. Al final se exponen una serie de conclusiones a través de las cuales se concretan sus visiones, posibilitando la comprensión de lo que se entiende por ser maestro en la ruralidad.

ABSTRACT: This work focuses on building together with seven teachers, through dialogue and listening, what is understood by being a teacher in rurality. To do this, we resort to the biographicalnarrative method and the qualitative approach that guide the assessment of each one, based on their experiences and ours, in turn, which makes it possible to approach the sensitivity of the main actors of the scenarios addressed. Based on this, a series of reflections are developed on the profile of the rural teacher and the way they weave from their experiences the professional work. The interviews and stories made to the teachers are the substrate of the analysis, and by virtue of these it is analyzed what it means to be a teacher in this context. At the end, a series of conclusions are presented through which their visions are concretized, making it possible to understand what we understand by being a teacher in rural areas.
