Trabajo Social y su Aporte al Fortalecimiento Organizaciones Juveniles Campamento Antioquia

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente artículo tiene como objetivo evidenciar el aporte de trabajo social al trabajo con grupos desde la intervención realizada con las organizaciones juveniles del municipio de Campamento Antioquia, la cual tenía como propósito fortalecer las nueve organizaciones juveniles constituidas en el municipio de Campamento, partiendo del reconocimiento y respeto de la diversidad; la intervención estuvo orientada desde el constructivismo dialógico como teoría y transversalizada metodológicamente por el enfoque de Juventudes, lo cual posibilitó un abordaje holístico de las necesidades de los jóvenes en el municipio y a su vez facilitó la práxis. En el documento se consignan aspectos relevantes del contexto, la población y las acciones ejecutadas durante la intervención, las cuales aportaron ostensiblemente al desarrollo de habilidades individuales y colectivas de los grupos atendidos. Así mismo, se generan reflexiones en torno a los desafíos de la profesión en el trabajo con juventudes y se resignifica la práctica profesional.

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this article is to show the contribution of social work to the work with groups from the intervention carried out with the youth organizations of the municipality of Campamento Antioquia, which had the purpose of strengthening the nine youth organizations constituted in the municipality of Campamento, based on the recognition and respect for diversity; the intervention was oriented from the dialogic constructivism as a theory and methodologically transversalized by the Youth approach, which enabled a holistic approach to the needs of young people in the municipality and in turn facilitated the praxis. The document includes relevant aspects of the context, the population and the actions carried out during the intervention, which ostensibly contributed to the development of individual and collective skills of the groups served. It also generates reflections on the challenges of the profession in working with youth and redefines professional practice.
