Identificación y caracterización de gestores culturales, artistas y creadores de Jardín - Antioquia

Abstract

RESUMEN: El presente documento, recopila la información derivada de la práctica profesional en Gestión Cultural, que se llevó a cabo en la Alcaldía Municipal de Jardín Antioquia, específicamente en la Secretaría de Turismo y Cultura, en la modalidad de procesos artísticos y culturales. A partir de un diagnóstico aplicado en el primer momento de la práctica profesional en el año 2022, que buscaba conocer el estado del Inventario del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial (PCI) del municipio, y que se realizó con actores estratégicos, incluyendo al gobernador de la comunidad Embera Chamí del resguardo indígena Karmata Rua -situado en Jardín-, se evidenció la necesidad de iniciar una fase preliminar de identificación y caracterización básica de gestores culturales, artistas y creadores. Esta fase, se desarrolló en el segundo momento de la práctica profesional desde un enfoque de investigación cualitativa, basada en la metodología de los procesos de investigación y recomendaciones de salvaguardia (PIRS) del Ministerio de Cultura de Colombia, la cual está anclada a la investigación acción participativa (IAP) y a la etnografía. Así, se logró aportar a la identificación y caracterización de gestores culturales, artistas y creadores del municipio de Jardín -Antioquia y elaborar un portafolio que sirva como insumo para el reconocimiento de estos actores estratégicos, para propiciar la construcción del Inventario de Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial y otros procesos de Gestión Cultural. ABSTRAC: The present document compiled the information derived from the professional practice process in Cultural Management accomplished in the Municipal Mayor's Office of Jardín, Antioquia, specifically in the Secretary of Tourism and Culture, in the method of artistic and cultural processes. Based on a diagnosis conducted at the onset of professional practice in 2022 that aimed to inquire about the municipality's state of the Inventario de Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial (PCI). It was conducted with strategic actors, including the Embera Chamí community's governor in the indigenous territory Karmata Rua located in Jardín. It demonstrated the need to initiate a preliminary phase of the primary Identification and characterization of cultural managers, artists, and creators. This phase was developed from a qualitative research approach in the second part of the professional practice process. The study was based on the research methodology processes and following the safeguarding guidelines from the Ministry of Culture of Colombia. This stage was also supported by Participatory Action Research (PAR) and ethnography. In this way, the work contributed to identifying and characterizing cultural managers, artists, and creators from the municipality of Jardín, Antioquia. Besides, it allowed the development of a portfolio that works as a supply for the recognition of these strategic actors to propitiate the construction of the Intangible Cultural Heritage and other Cultural Management processes.
