Articulación de los recursos digitales con el área de lengua castellana implementados en el territorio en tiempo de crisis pandémica: un estudio asociado a las complejidades de acceso a las TIC en la educación remota

Abstract

RESUMEN : En el siguiente trabajo investigativo se expone la problemática acerca de las TIC en el área de lengua castellana y el territorio en tiempo de crisis. Se detalla lo que sucedió en el sector educativo debido a la pandemia y las complejidades presentadas por falta de acceso de los recursos digitales indispensables para trabajar de manera remota, tanto para los profesores, como para los estudiantes y padres de familia. Se comienza con los antecedentes actualizados de lo sucedido con la crisis pandémica y la educación, ya que se exponen posturas y ejemplos de experiencias que han servido para comprender cómo el maestro debe hacer frente ante algo que no se esperaba, como también la situación económica que marca a los padres de familia. Todo lo anterior está basado en el eje problemático y la justificación para tomar después lo que será el marco teórico de base para sustentar lo que está pasando en el trabajo remoto y la falta de acceso a material que está presente tanto en la institución como en el hogar. Finalmente, se pone, desde las categorías y subcategorías, lo más relevante en cuanto a la brecha digital, alfabetización digital, dotación y calidad educativa presente en el territorio en general, soportadas en los instrumentos de recolección de la información, como lo fueron la observación, las narrativas de la población investigada (padres de familia, estudiantes y docentes), diarios de campo y unidad o secuencia didáctica que fue de gran aporte para los resultados obtenidos en esta investigación.

ABSTRACT : In the following investigative work, the problem about ICT in the Spanish language area and the territory in times of crisis is exposed. It details what happened in the education sector due to the pandemic and the complexities presented by lack of access to the digital resources essential to work remotely, both for teachers, students and parents. It begins with the updated background of what happened with the pandemic crisis and education, since positions and examples of experiences are exposed that have served to understand how the teacher must face something that was not expected, as well as the economic situation that Mark the parents. All of the above is based on the problematic axis and the justification for later taking what will be the basic theoretical framework to support what is happening in remote work and the lack of access to material that is present both in the institution and in the home. Finally, from the categories and subcategories, the most relevant in terms of the digital gap, digital literacy, endowment and educational quality present in the territory in general, supported by the information collection instruments, such as the observation , the narratives of the investigated population (parents, students and teachers), field journals and didactic unit or sequence that was of great contribution to the results obtained in this investigation.
